Our registrants must treat service users, carers and colleagues with respect and dignity, and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

What to do if you have a concern

If you have experienced harassment or sexual misconduct from a HCPC registrant, you are able to speak to us about this . Anyone can speak to us and raise a concern.

Support for those who have experienced sexual misconduct

If you are not ready to speak to us, you could contact another organisationthat has specific expertise in supporting people who have experienced or are experiencing sexual harassment, violence or abuse.
