Steps you can take if you haven't renewed your registration in time or want to leave the Register

In this 30-minute session designed for employers and managers of HCPC registrants, we’ll introduce the revisions and move on to consider the ways in which you can support your team to understand and embed the changes.

During the festive period this year we’ll be closing temporarily, beginning at 12 noon on 24 December 2025. We will reopen on 2 January 2026 as normal.

New legislation has come into force to allow advanced paramedics to prescribe medicines to patients. As of 1 April 2018, paramedics were able to undertake training in independent and supplementary prescribing.
