We introduced our quality assurance model in September 2021. In replacing our previous model, we aimed for the HCPC’s Education function to be flexible, intelligent and data-led in our risk-based quality assurance of education providers.  

On 14 January we launched our new Threshold Policy for Fitness to Practise Investigations and Approach to the Investigation of Health Matters policy.

We emailed education providers due their performance review in 2023-24 in late June. Providers who will undergo the process this year (2023-24) will have been given specific requirements and a key contact to work with at the HCPC.
