Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend: Service availability and how to contact us

01 Jun 2022

Our offices will be closed from 5pm on Wednesday 1 June until 9am on Monday 6 June 2022

During this time our phone lines, public email inboxes and social media will not be actively monitored.

If you contact us during the bank holiday, we will respond to your query as soon as possible when we return. Thank you for your patience.

Arts therapist renewals

The deadline for art therapists, art psychotherapists, drama therapists and music therapists to renew their registration was 31 May 2022. If you have accidentally missed the deadline to renew, please use our short readmissions process to apply for readmission to the Register.

Arts therapists - how to rejoin the Register if you've been removed

As well as readmission info, the page above contains information that will resolve account login issues and activation issues.

Other issues

If you're encountering an issue relating to a matter besides readmission, please see below for information on how to resolve it during the bank holiday.

Renewals issues

  • If you've renewed your registration - you've made your declaration and your renewal fee has left your bank account - but the online Register doesn't show your new registration dates, please don't worry.

This is because our records don't update instantly, and require some processing time. All successful renewals will be processed on the first day of the new registration cycle, before the end of the day. There will be no time during which you will be unregistered.

For arts therapists, the new registration cycle begins on 1 June 2022.

  • If you encounter issues with logging into your account during this time, please make sure you've activated the account. You can do this by visiting hcpc-uk.org/activate.

If you've been able to activate your account successfully, you may wish to try the solutions on our arts therapists readmissions page, or alternatively contact priorityreg@hcpc-uk.org

  • If you encounter issues with receiving the verification code to your mobile, or if you do not have access to the mobile number you signed up for your account with, please contact priorityreg@hcpc-uk.org. The number on your account will need to be updated to allow you to log in.

Our other online services

Our other online services will also still available during this time:
