If you’re prepared, the CPD audit process can be simple and straightforward

In early 2017, the HCPC commenced a review of the Indicative Sanctions Policy to ensure it is up to date, reflects public opinion, and continues to support fair and proportionate decision making. As part of this review we commissioned market research into the public’s views of the Policy and undertook a public consultation.

The HCPC has updated its standards of proficiency for the first time since 2015. The crucial changes have been made following an extensive period of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, to seek views and develop standards in line with current professional practice.

This section lists the outcomes of the audits for the professions who were asked to submit their CPD profile in 2022 for the previous two-year renewal cycle.
