To help protect your personal data, we’ve introduced a new secure platform for our partner portal. The portal will operate in much the same way, but you’ll also be able to access new features, such as being able to download remittance advice.
What you need to do:
- We ask that all partners register with this new platform (using the link above) and create a new profile – it’s important that you use the email address you use with our current partner portal.
- When you sign in to your profile on the new platform, you will have the option to activate multi-factor authentication (MFA) – this adds an extra layer of security to online services by requiring users to enter more information than just a password.
You will be offered three options to authenticate – we strongly recommend using an authenticator app (such as the Microsoft Authenticator app) when using MFA, this is the most secure method and can be downloaded to your smartphone. - Once you have logged on to the new system as outlined above, please check your contact details to ensure they are correct. We also ask that you check your bank details and your National Insurance (NI) number are correct.
- You will be able to access and download your remittance advice from the partner portal going forward. You can also use the portal to check the exact details of what you have been paid for during each pay period. You can find step by step guidance outlining how to access this information, via the partner hub.
