We are aware of an issue with Direct Debit collection
It appears that due to a system error the usual direct debit collection for radiographers, orthoptists and paramedics has been claimed a week early.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
- If your payment has been claimed successfully, you do not need to take any further action.
- Where direct debit collection was unsuccessful, we will contact those individual registrants with a new collection date. Please note that your registration status will not be affected.
- If you have incurred charges because of this early payment, please forward proof of charge to email@example.com and we will reimburse on case by case basis.
Additionally, a small number of individuals had an incorrect payment taken from their account. We are now in the process of refunding this incorrect payment. If the direct debit payment was taken, the money should be refunded to your account shortly.
