Our Council Apprentices take part in all our Council meetings and associated activity.
They also get involved in our Audit and Risk Assurance and People and Resources Committees to maximise their transferable experience of governance.
Our Apprentices see all board papers that support decisions and are encouraged to participate in the meeting debates that lead to decisions being made.
These positions have comprehensive inductions, and mentoring support throughout their apprenticeship.
