Welcome to the sixth fitness to practise annual report of the Health Professions Council (HPC) covering the period 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009. This report provides information about the HPC’s work in considering allegations about the fitness to practise of our registrants. This report presents the ways in which our fitness to practise panels have dealt with the cases brought before them, as well as information about the number and types of case and the outcomes of those cases.
