Welcome to the fifth fitness to practise annual report of the Health Professions Council (HPC) covering the period 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008. This report provides information about the HPC’s work in considering allegations about the fitness to practise of our registrants. This report presents the ways in which our fitness to practise panels have dealt with the cases brought before them, as well as information about the number and types of cases and the outcome of those cases.
