Updated department contact list

To help us respond to your queries in a timely manner, it is important to direct your query to the appropriate department of the HCPC.

To support this, we have set out each department below and the types of queries they can help you with.

1. Partner team – for recruitment, training, contracts, issues accessing the Partner Portal/Learning Hub or raising issues or complaints, please contact partners@hcpc-uk.org.

2. Payroll team – for payroll queries and questions about your remittance advice, please contact payroll.partners@hcpc-uk.org. Please note that if you have any queries related to the amount you were paid or what you were paid for, you must contact the appropriate departmental contact listed in the table below.

3. Fitness to practise – for hearings, scheduling or accessing the shared document portal, please contact tsteam@hcpts-uk.org.

4. Registration (general) – for general enquiries please contact registration@hcpc-uk.org. 

5. Registration (assessments) – for all assessments and queries related to them, including access to the shared document portal, please contact assessors@hcpc-uk.org.

6. Education – for assessments, documents and any other Education work you have been given, please contact education@hcpc-uk.org.

7. Travel – for Click Travel, please contact travel@hcpc-uk.org

8. Finance and expenses – for Partner expense queries, please contact finance@hcpc-uk.org .
