10 Mar 2026

Reflecting on a week of learning, insight and continuing professional development

Thank you to everyone who took part in CPD Week 2026! We hope the week provided an opportunity for you to pause, reflect and engage with their continuing professional development (CPD).

Whether you joined a webinar, shared your reflections on social media or held discussions within your team, we’d like to thank you for getting involved.

Highlights from the week

We are grateful to everyone who shared what they’d been focusing on, both individually and within their teams. These moments of reflection are an important part of helping you keep your practice up to date.

Many also shared examples of how they were participating, offering a valuable picture of the different approaches to CPD across professions.

You can see how others took part by following #CPDWeek2026 across our social channels, and you’re invited to share your own reflections or team activities there too.

Continuing your CPD journey

The week is one point within a continuous journey of learning, and we hope it has prompted you to think about your development needs, consider future CPD activities and continue to engage in reflection.

Keep the momentum going! Review what you did during the week, set goals for the months ahead, and make sure you use all the CPD resources on offer.
