The introduction of Encompass, NI’s new electronic patient record system, has thrown a spotlight on this topic recently. Whether you use it or not, it might be helpful to remind yourself of the central role that records play in the service we provide.
Like all good webinars, we will start by looking at why record-keeping is important, before reviewing our HCPC standards; given the many factors that can impact record-keeping, we will also look at strategies to manage these, as well as the implications of poor record keeping.
