Lianne is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in leadership roles across both the private and public sector in Northern Ireland for much of her career. She joined the Northern Ireland Civil Service in 2005 and since then her roles have included Deputy Secretary for Resources and Reform at the Department of Education, Director of Justice Delivery in the Department of Justice, and Senior Finance Director in the Department for Regional Development. Prior to this Lianne worked in both Deloitte and Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Belfast. She is currently a Non-Executive director of the Housing Finance Agency in Ireland and Chair of its Audit Committee and is an Audit Committee member of the Institute of Cancer Research, London.
