How to submit your CPD Profile

You can submit your profile by either email or post.

Submitting your profile by email

You can submit your CPD profile by email to cpdprofiles@hcpc-uk.org The maximum file size we can accept is 10MB. If your profile is larger than this please send it as multiple emails, clearly labelled in parts.

Example:

CPD Profile (insert your CPD Number) Part 2

You will receive an automatic response informing you that your email has been received. Providing your profile is complete, we will then send you an acknowledgment email. We aim to acknowledge profiles within two working days, but in very busy periods, it may take longer to respond to you. If your profile is incomplete, we will respond to your email requesting the required documents before we can send it for assessment.

Submitting your profile by post

If you choose to submit your profile by post, please send your completed profile to:

Providing your profile is complete, we will then send you an acknowledgment letter by post. If your profile is incomplete, we will return your profile to you with a letter requesting the required documents before we can send it for assessment.
