Audit dates 2017-18

Registrants must renew their HCPC registration every two years and each profession has fixed renewal dates. Each time a profession renews its registration registrants are asked to sign a form to confirm that they continue to meet the HCPC’s standards. In addition, we randomly select 2.5 per cent of that profession to submit a CPD profile.

The table below sets out the dates for forthcoming CPD audits. After this audits will take place every two years. If you are chosen for audit we will write to you and ask you to submit a CPD profile which shows how you have met our CPD standards.

Historic dates:

July 2005 – our standards for continuing professional development were approved
July 2006 – health professionals needed to begin keeping a record of their CPD activities
July 2008 – first random audits
