What is the purpose of the Register?
When should I use the Register? If you are using or about to use a health and care professional, you can check to make sure they are on our Register by visiting www.hcpc-uk.org/check Watch our short film on how to use the Register below. How should I use the Register? To use the Register, you will need to know the profession of the person whose registration you wish to check, and either their surname or their registration number. A registration number has up to six numbers, and starts with two letters, for example PH123456. You can access the Register:
