Investigating

The Investigating Committee is a statutory committee of the Council consisting of HCPC Partners.

If a concern is raised about a registrant, the Registrar will assemble a panel of Investigating Committee members to determine whether there is a case to answer. If the complaint is about fraudulent or incorrect entry onto the Register, this may be considered at a hearing by a panel of the Investigating committee.
