PSA review highlights significant progress made by the HCPC
The Professional Standards Authority (PSA) has today published its annual performance review of the HCPC. The HCPC has met 16 of the 18 Standards of Good Regulation, regaining two fitness to practise (FTP) standards and one standard linked to registration.
Registration assessors
Registration assessors assess applications from health professionals who are eligible to apply via the international, EMR or grandparenting application routes
Registered professionals
We consider concerns about professionals who are registered with us, and whether they are able to practise safely and effectively.
Legal Assessor
Legal Assessors are legally qualified and provide advice to panels of the HCPC’s statutory committees and Council on questions of law

Safeguarding Policy
Our role in safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
