We have had a busy six months recruiting for various HCPC partner roles and have been very successful to fill nearly all our vacancies. A very warm welcome to all our new partners!

Our Fitness to Practise Annual Report published in October 2024 provided some analysis of our data in order to inform stakeholders and the public about this part of our work. Further analyses of our data are included in this new report and are in two sections.

We have produced a document for education providers who are considering running a new programme where learners are also employers of partner organisations.

We consider concerns about professionals who are registered with us, and whether they are able to practise safely and effectively.

Our flexible approach takes into account of the broad range of health and care professionals and is based on outcomes

As a student, you should be using the standards of proficiency and standards of conduct, performance and ethics to support your learning

An online workshop for members of the public on our review of the standards of education and training (SETs). We'll give an overview of the review process and go through some of the changes we are proposing.

We recognise that many HCPC registrants are employed or work outside the NHS structures, where preceptorship is less well known and may be more difficult to access.
