Concerns about employees
If a concern is raised about an employee, we may ask you for information as their employer or manager
Proof of identity and address
We require certified copies to prove your identity including a change of name document, if applicable
Providing translations
For any documents which are not in English, you will also need to provide a certified copy of an official translation
