We launched our third Partner Survey in December 2024 and invited all partners to feedback to us on a number of questions which we have now evaluated.
Your feedback has helped us to understand where we have to improve our services.
Thank you to the 278 partners who have contributed to the survey. Your feedback is important to us, and we would like to share with you some results from the survey. We have reviewed all your individual comments and have shared them with the relevant departments. We are working closely with the departments on how we can improve – especially where partners were unsatisfied with their overall partner experience.
