Annual leave is not related to service – all employees are entitled to 30 days annual leave (for part time workers, this figure is pro rata).

Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. The HCPC recognises, however, the need for flexibility and promotes a flexible working environment.

This is a confidential telephone service for all employees that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It offers telephone and face to face counselling and practical support and advice on issues such as financial, legal and domestic problems.

Learning and Development

The HCPC will sponsor employees up to £1000 for a course of study, which will be deemed relevant/beneficial to the organisation.
