Results of the Partner Satisfaction survey

The Survey invited all partners to feedback to us on a number of questions which we have now evaluated. Your feedback has helped us to understand where we have to improve our services.

We have picked up on the issues and themes which were reoccurring and shared them with the operational teams. We have already started to work on some of the concerns raised such as a payment issues and communication. We plan to repeat the survey in December 2023 and are looking forward to your responses.

A total of 221 partners completed the survey and most of the feedback we received was very positive. A few extracts of the survey can be found below.
