We are aware of potential challenges for some registrants relating to supplier difficulties.
Laura Coffey, Executive Director of Fitness to Practise and Tribunal Service, said:
"We recognise that registrants may face challenges relating to health and care suppliers and circumstances may require them to be flexible. Registrants should use their professional judgement to remain safe in their practice and always work in the best interests of those who access the service. We want to reassure registrants that they will not be held accountable for issues of service provision outside of their control.”
Registrants should continue to contact their employers who are best placed to answer questions about any supplier issues they are experiencing.
