Save the date: 1–5 March 2027 is CPD Week!

What is CPD Week?
Continuing professional development (CPD) is an essential part of safe and effective practice. It’s how you grow your skills and knowledge, make sure they’re up to date, and develop professionally.
CPD Week is an opportunity to focus on CPD. It's for everyone, at all levels, across all the professions we regulate.
Whether you're learning something new, reflecting on your practice, sharing ideas with colleagues or refreshing your understanding of CPD requirements, CPD Week is your chance to put professional development in the spotlight.
How will you take part?
You can get involved in CPD Week in whatever way suits you! Some suggestions are below.
- Spread the word. Share CPD Week with your networks and help champion the value of continuing professional development.
- Keep an eye out for our free HCPC sessions and activities – we’ll be sharing details here soon.
- Make time for CPD. Whether you have five minutes or a full day, CPD Week is the perfect opportunity to pop in some time for development. Take a look at what counts as CPD – you might be surprised!
- Start a conversation with colleagues, peers or your team during the week. You could share ideas, experiences, what works well and lessons you've learned along the way.
