|
The registrant was selected for audit but requested deferral due to unavoidable circumstances, and we accepted their request. |

Did not renew |
|
The registrant was removed from the Register because they did not renew their registration. |

Voluntarily deregistered |
|
The registrant was selected for audit but removed their name from the Register and so did not participate in the audit. |

Removed |
|
The registrant was removed from the Register because they did not meet the CPD standards. |
