Conflict of interest policy updated

The new Conflict of interest policy for partners is now available. If you need to register a conflict of interest, please complete and return a signed copy to the Partner team.

Visitors already declare conflicts of interest on a case-by-case basis when providing services to the Education Department and do not need to complete the form when registering any education and training providers they might be connected to. 

In many cases, a conflict of interest will only arise when providing services to us and has to be declared to the user department as soon as it occurs.
