About the role
The Fitness to Practise team is one of HCPC’s most critical teams. We are dedicated individuals who genuinely care about delivering an exceptional service, investigating concerns quickly and fairly and producing high quality case outcomes. Providing agile, responsive and excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders is core to what we do. Working as part of our team, you will provide strategic and operational direction to a multi-disciplinary team responsible for fitness to practise and non-fitness to practise cases and the department’s administrative case support function.
You will join us at an exciting time as we deliver a programme to embed sustainable improvements to the way we work, establish a learning and development culture, and cultivate a human centred approach to regulation, as we strive to fulfil our ambition to become a beacon of good practice.
