This framework offers customers a quick, simple and competitive route to procure audio recording, transcription and additional services which include interpretation and translation services.
The framework offers access to pre-approved suppliers who have been selected for their ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services that combine quality and value. These suppliers can be appointed using efficient and streamlined procurement processes; therefore ensuring that customers obtain value-for-money services which meet their requirements.

The HCPC and other health regulators who have indicated that they may use the framework agreement proposed are:

- General Dental Council (GDC)
- General Medical Council (GMC)
- General Optical Council (GOC)
- General Osteopathic Council (GOsC)
- General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

How to Use this Framework
Contracting Authorities are required to initially complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement form (Appendix B) and return this to email@example.com
Customers can call-off from the framework agreement by selecting 1 of 2 routes:
- Direct award
- Further competition
Whilst there are 2 routes available, further competition is the default route. Only in the conditions outlined on the framework schedule 5 – award procedure, would a customer have the option to direct award.
The customer will manage the supplier in the delivery and performance of the services they have been selected to undertake.
If you have a long call-off term, or large programme of works then regular review meetings should take place to discuss performance (using KPIs as a key tool in this process) and ensure that goods and services are being delivered to an acceptable standard, in accordance with your specification and call-off contract.
If issues cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, then please escalate to the HCPC framework manager.
