How to renew your registration

Your online account allows you to renew your registration and pay your registration fee securely. Renewing your registration online is quick and easy.

Please see the following step-by-step walkthrough videos on how to activate your account and renew your registration using your online account.

You can also change your address and other contact details if necessary and download a direct debit instruction should you wish to change to this method of payment.

Before you can renew online you need to activate your online account. You will need your registration number and exclusive activation code. If you have not previously activated your account you will receive a reminder of your activation code at the start of your renewal period. If you have lost your activation code you can request a reminder of it to be sent by email. You will be asked to confirm your date of birth and postcode.

To renew your registration you will need to access your online account.

To access your online account you will need your registration number and authentication code. These details are included in correspondence when we invite you to renew your registration.

Once you have these, click here to access your online account or click the 'my account' link at the top of this page and then follow the steps to log-in to your account.

If you are asked to enter an activation code at any point, you will need to activate your account.

Once you are logged in to your online account you will be presented with the following screen.

From here you can check your registration status, update your contact information, and review your payment method.

When your registration is due for renewal a notice will be displayed.

Click the 'renew online now' button to begin the renewal process.

Professional declaration
You will then require to complete the professional declaration and make a payment. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your registration renewal. Please note that your renewal will not be complete until we have received a payment, for example, if you have chosen to set up a new Direct Debit.

What happens next
Once your have renewed your registration you will see a completion notice with confirmation of your next two-year cycle.
